Double win at UK Property Awards 2008
We won two awards this year from these prestigious awards. First up: the show-stopping Apartment 6 at Magnolia won the maximum 5 stars and our Cardiff Bay development Sealock Warehouse was also a winner with 4 stars. We scored highly on both for appearance, location, safety innovation and eco-credentials.
Best Small Housebuilder
Described by judges as a 'bright young thing on the Wales property scene', we were delighted to be recognised by this UK-wide award scheme. They were particularly taken with the quality of our residential work and our vivid and fun marketing materials. In their words, this confirmed us as a 'new generation developer'.
Loosemore Home: Residential Property Developer of the Year
We were thrilled to win this award, set up to reflect the importance of housebuilding in Wales. The judges were impressed by our approach: design-led bespoke development as demonstrated by Sealock Warehouse, Magnolia and Dixie.

These awards represent the very best the UK property market has to offer. The judges recognised Severn Square as a genuine alternative for individuals seeking something different. They also commented on 'the incredible living spaces with stunning light, architectural features and luxurious fittings.'
We were highly commended by the judges for the quality of the build of the five residential units at Severn Square.
